Car sound update for Carbon Battle Royale

A mod that aims to give better sound to the battle royale mod by giving the cars brand new sounds ported from other games

Known issues :
Due to gin decel files being permanently muted in this game the decel sounds are still vanilla.
Modded opponents sounds acts very weirdly.
Sound balance still need adjustments.

@Erce You can slap it on vanilla, but it's gonna throw you a bunch of errors for each missing car and since the cbr has a different upgrade system than vanilla you're not gonna hear every sound (for example : a sound meant for the race engine upgrade in cbr won't be applied if the car doesn't have the race engine upgrade in vanilla)
